 Lieb.werk was founded by three friends united by a shared devotion to glass and its transformative potential. Each of us brings a distinct strength to the table — from mastering the complexity of production, to shaping the message, to nurturing lasting partnerships. Together, we form a stable, balanced foundation — a creative tripod built on trust, clarity, and vision.

 Our roots lie in contemporary bespoke glass design and installation. Over years of hands-on experience, we’ve learned that great projects don’t always need to be monumental. While we thrive on large-scale, statement-making installations, we are equally passionate about intimate, small-format projects- whether placed in hotel guestrooms, private residences, or quietly transformative architectural spaces.
